My name is Sheryl Munks-Callahan and I am a Registered & Authorised Civil Celebrant. I'm also an MC, Voiceover Artist, Education Support Worker under the Education Department, working with children that need extra support, and I was also an actress for 30 years (that's me at my wedding on the left!). You may have seen me in 'Neighbours', the 'A Man from Snowy River' series & 'A Country Practice'. I also played Sophie in 'Acropolis Now' along with many other shows, as well as the movie 'The Big Steal'.

My voice may also sound familiar, voicing ads on the radio and television with the likes of Beacon Lighting, Sportsgirl, Forty Winks and plenty of others.

I'm also a mum to two beautiful young men, and I have been married for 30 years. I live in the North-Eastern part of Victoria, where I was also born and raised. I was married at Montsalvat in Eltham, Victoria on a warm & sunny summer afternoon, and I was then lucky enough to travel to Europe for my honeymoon.

I became a celebrant because I enjoy building connections with people, and love the idea of being part of a couple's beautiful start to the rest of their lives. I want to make their day a special & magical one, and bring their vision to life. I enjoy the art of writing their love story and capturing the essence of who they are, and sharing that with their family, friends and loved ones.

Being a celebrant gives me the opportunity to help celebrate other aspects of peoples' lives as well, be that a commitment ceremony, a baby naming or a vow renewal.
